    • The Outsourced Accounting team serves as an extension of our client’s leadership team by providing timely and value added finance and accounting insights and responsibilities include:  
      • Monthly, quarterly or annual bookkeeping
      • Audit assistance, review and compilation services
      • Tax preparation and planning
      • Payroll service coordination
      • Accounting system consultation
      • QuickBooks training
      • Controllership services
      • Strategic consulting with management
      • Assessment and development of accounting systems and processes
      • Customized financial reporting
      • Budgeting and cash flow forecasting


    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an outsourced accounting or similar accounting role.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
    • CPA certification preferred.
    • Proficiency in 2 or more of the following accounting software packages: Deltek GCS, Deltek Time and Expense, QuickBooks, Jamis or Unanet.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Excellent analytical abilities and expertise with generally accepted accounting principles.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications as well as proficient collaboration skills.
